This reply is in response to two earlier posts of 1/29/99 By Messrs. Caralon and Lem. Mr. Caralon inquired as to resources most useful regarding receivership and title insurance while Mr. Lem tagged-on to inquire as to U.S. resources regarding real estate and mortgages.
