DIGEST The Digest link supplements the annual Martindale-Hubbel Law Digest, WG&L Real Estate Digest, Clark Boardman Residential Mortgage Lending and Sherman, Mortgage and Real Estate Investment Guide. It enables TLA to provide our customers and clients with substantial access to state business practices including general information and procedures; document, form and instrument information; policy form availability; and real estate title digests summarizing real estate, law, practice and customs including fee rates and taxes. This material may also be available from your national title insurance underwriter. We have not included the Digest here because the size of such an undertaking would double the size of the website.
