TLA
publishes a newsletter twice each year following the Spring and Fall ALTA Title
Counsel Meetings. Our purpose is to present to the real estate bar those cases
selected by ALTA Title Underwriting Counsel as significant to the title
insurance industry. Time, circumstances and conditions permitting, appropriate
comment(s) may be provided for the purpose of providing title company employees,
officers, agents and approved attorneys with general case law information which
may impact upon their business and underwriting practices. |
