The Article is current to the year 2000.  The Texas Department of Insurance ("TDI") has issued no orders affecting rates and forms that are not already included in the Article.

There a number of items pending at the Texas Department of Insurance.  One agenda item, upon which the TDI may rule upon shortly, is a modification to survey coverage parameters contained in the procedural rules.  This agenda item may be reviewed at the TDI website:

Sometime following the conclusion of the Texas Legislative Session (usually May), TDI will conduct a hearing on rates and forms.  There are approximately 40 agenda items for the 2000 Biennial Hearing.  Those agenda items may be viewed at:
