To follow,
please find a detailed memo regarding various new endorsements recently filed
and approved for use in Pennsylvania by the Pa. Insurance Department. These are
endorsements to be used in connection with commercial transactions, and their
use is specifically prohibited when insuring one to four family dwellings,
excepting for TIRBOP Endorsement PA 1220 – Reverse Annuity Mortgage.
Please note that these endorsements now carry a percentage premium charge. Consequently, on all closings where any of these endorsements may be required on January 1, 2005 and thereafter, the charge must be made.
Please also note that all of these endorsements require Underwriting Approval for issuance excepting the TIRBOP Endorsement PA 1220 – Reverse Annuity Mortgage.
